My Weekends

Tuesday 24th November 2009
On the weekend I played heaps of softball, I played in two tournaments.

On Friday I went to training with my mum, brother and sisters, but I did not train because I still had a sore leg. I just watched them train, it was very boring and my cousin had a sore tail bone. Her brother kicked her and then she cried. Then this other girl kicked her so then they got a growling from her dad because they kicked her. Then both of them were crying. My cousin came to my house, we had an ice cream, it was nice. I had another one when everyone went to bed, then I went to bed.

Then we got up on Saturday and had a shower and then I got changed for softball. After I got changed I had cornflakes, then we got into the van. Finally we arrived at the park. We play at Prince Edward Park, the first game is at 9.00 o’clock. First we had to run around the field and then we stretch. Then we threw the ball around. Next we started playing. I started to pitch in the under 15’s and 13’s game we lost the under 15’s game. Then after the first game we had to play another game. That was the under 13’s. We won that game. Then we watched my aunty play, they won. Then I watched my dad team play. He does not play, he is the coach of a team. Then we went home and had a shower, got changed, and got in the van and went and got K.F.C. Then we went home and had dinner and went to bed.
Then we got up had a shower and got changed into our counties uniforms. We had to wear white socks. Then me and my family got in the van and dropped off my dad works for STL. Then we left. I played on the north shore. I played softball the whole day. We won 3 games and lost 1. We played Auckland 1, Auckland 2, Counties 2, and Waikato but we lost to Auckland 1. They were a good team. We played our team. I got a home run. Then when we finished we went home, had a shower and went to sleep.That was the best weekend I had in my life, I hope we can have another weekend like that.

Monarch Butterfly

Monarch butterflies are different kinds of animals .The best thing about monarch butterflies are when they are crawling up the steam.

First a female monarch butterfly lays her eggs on the underside of milkweed leaves.Then a caterpillar or larva hatches out of the.It eats and eats and molts four times.The caterpillar attaches itself to a twing and hangs in a J shape .A chrysalis begans to form .It is like a cocoon this is the pupa stage.Slowly the parts of the adult butterfly begin to form inside the chrysalis.The butterfly splits open the chrysalis struggles out of the cocoon and clings to its shell.After about two hours the butterflys wings are dry and it can now fly away.

Mrs Raman you can be a little mean but you are still a cool teacher.I hope that you will have fun at your new school and all your new students.I hope you have fun at your new school.

My wish upon a star for my future is...My wish is to travel the world and see all of the different kinds of countries and help the people in India who are poor.

What is your Favourite Mode of Transport

I like travelling on a truck but when you are on the road it is very bumpy ride.



I like travelling by ferry because it is not bumpy like a truck and it is relaxing.



I like a scooter because it is fun but what I do not like is that you have to use your legs alot.



I like to ride a bike because it is fun and joyful but the thing I hate about riding a bike is that you have to use your hands and legs.





I like to go on a plane and when you are hungry the air hostess will bring you something to eat.The thing I hate about a plane is that you can not put down your seat all the way .



My favourite mode of transport is the ferry because it is relaxing and comfortable.
